What do you call her? I call mine aunt. Well there a suitable word in my language but aunt is the only translation there is in English. At least that is what I think

@karysma It is here too. But I guess calling her by the first name supposed to show that you're closer to your stepmom than just any other adult. I don't really get it but it's just how it is.
