Does anyone have social anxiety?Hw do yourll cope at work?

Im 27 years old and unemployed. Nobody besides my bf knows what i go through with it. I cant function like a normal humam being and its getting worst. I know a job might help me a little. Can someone give me some advice.

I am battling financially and going through alot from family who are always on my case about why i dont work.

Unfortunately you just have to push through it or find a job that doesn't stress you out somewhere where you can work alone.

Right now I'm working in Human Resources all i do is paperwork at my desk so its not stressful. Get an office job.

I used to do customer service and it was pure hell. Never again.

Or talk to your doc about meds. :/

I have social anxiety. Workmates probably think I'm a snob. I walk very fast to avoid getting pulled into conversations. It just pressures me because I'm not used to it. I'm trying to adjust though. I'm fine if it's work-related. Maybe it will be the same for you too. The most ideal is if you already know someone you are comfortable with in the organization. It will help you tremendously. If not, you could consider an online job.

@SW-User Im so sorri. I have a small business that i run at the farmers market
I love it and enjy it so much but the problem is that its not easy with bills and stuff. It only been 6 mnths and i know i have to wait but the pressure from everyone is realli stressin me out. I am dreading work so much. I wish i can just do this fulltime. My bf supports me and doesn wnat me to work bcos he knows hw much i enjy my business. Im so cofused😢

Have you looked for the jobs that doesn't require much human interaction?

Try getting a job where you don't have to deal with a lot of people. Like a janitor or something.
