will care. And being a member of a well known and incredibly wealthy family gives you a lot of social clout.
Both add into there being very little if any bullying going on for him under normal circumstances. And then amongst students social cliques are dialed up to 11 there and money means far more than anything else. Being "the rich influential kid" is not viewed as a bad thing at all. If anything it's highly positive, as hanging around him and appeasing him may grant you some access to that money and influence.
