What guilt do you hold which makes u feel real depressed whenever u think about it?

I’m giving my friend false hope that there’s a possibility of me moving back home... when I know I’m not, I’m either moving to here or somewhere very far away. I feel so so utterly guilty but she’s an emotional wreck just thinking I’m going to be gone for a little bit. 😞
