Assuming that people still recognized me, like they continued to interact with me normally and didn't freak out be like "Who the F are you?" I think the biggest change for me would be adapting to the social dynamics. As a male, people oppose me by default. I have to prove it's okay to associate with me, etc. As a female, it would go the other way. I have to be sure other people are okay to be around.
