@Boallods You can find some traffic there, too, but it's a bit more pleasant. You should make plans for a weekend at the Outer Banks, as it's really nice, and not too far in NC. If you have a 4WD, there are sections that are sand roads, and rural on the coast, and offers an exciting beach experience.
