Have you ever felt like killing yourselfs?

I have thought about it however I have children so I couldn't even if I wanted to. My sister hung herself when she was 30, about 20 years ago and last month my sister in law suicided - she left behind an 11 year old daughter and my brother.

I hate when people say its a cowardly act because its not, but its an act that has serious and devastating consequences on the people that love you and for that reason it's a very bad idea.
