@TrickyTrixie I used to do more than half pack. But now I've reduced it to 2 or 3 cigarette per day.

@TrickyTrixie Idk one thing may help you. Just take one cigarette and don't light it up. Just keep it in between in your lips as if you are smoking. That way, the brain doesn't want a new one.
