No, I don’t smoke

Meh...once in A long while & usually it is when I am lamenting over the issue of "Twin-Flame" or when I am doing A curse/hex against some one who pissed me off. With all honesty, "smoking" is A highly over-rated experience & I find it difficult to believe people can become addicts..."Power Meditation" or *Kundalini* is far better & yields good results, from my own experiences. XD.
@Disturbed12 From what I have learned, addiction comes from the mind...practicing "Power Meditation" or *Kundalini* helps strengthen the mind & is good for spiritual development, you can achieve altered states of consciousness having your own brain naturally do things on it's own with-out the need for other substances. I highly recommend it, you may be amused from the results... :).

@MauritiusGundisalvusII Sounds interesting. I need to learn about it.
@Disturbed12 I highly encourage you, just keep in mind that different people have different experiences & some may have to be patient more than others when working with Energy (depending on their soul-essence). :).

@TrickyTrixie Idk one thing may help you. Just take one cigarette and don't light it up. Just keep it in between in your lips as if you are smoking. That way, the brain doesn't want a new one.

@Disturbed12 hmm interesting
My brain always wants new ones though
Disturbed12 · 26-30, M
@TrickyTrixie Yeah, it's so tough to try not to smoke.
SW-User
No. The smoke effects me too much.
MildlyInappropriate · 51-55, M
@Disturbed12 You can get rid of it. It is an incredibly difficult habit to break, but I did it many years ago, after smoking for several years. Super tough to do, like I said, but I wouldn't go back to it for anything at this point.
Disturbed12 · 26-30, M
@MildlyInappropriate I was out of it for two weeks but again started. Planning to stop again.
MildlyInappropriate · 51-55, M
@Disturbed12 I stopped a whole bunch of times until it finally took. Patience and persistence!
YMITheWayIM · 46-50, M
I quit right before turning 23, a slap in the face to all thinking I could never quit.
Disturbed12 · 26-30, M
@YMITheWayIM A best thing to do. How did you do it?
no, it smells bad. i don't injest things that smell bad except broccoli and cabbage.
Disturbed12 · 26-30, M

Disturbed12 · 26-30, M
@SW-User That's true, I agree.
SW-User
@Disturbed12 I used to smoke. And occasionally I will still smoke one if I'm upset but it kinda gags me.
Disturbed12 · 26-30, M
@SW-User Haha I know, when I was not smoking for some days, during that time the smell of it felt so bad to me. This doesn't happen when I smoke daily.
whateverhappens · 26-30, F

Disturbed12 · 26-30, M
@whateverhappens How many in a day?
whateverhappens · 26-30, F

@Bubonicroses That's actually far better than smoking.
