Could Vaping cause a mask to fuse to your face?

I so have seen this online and wonder if Vaping could cause that mask to fuse to his face and turn him into an eagle

I vape. Thus far I have not done it wearing an eagle mask... or any mask. Should that eventuality occur and cause such problems I will let you know.
