What is the worst restaurant meal or experience....

At this chinese resturant, there were two levels: the upper and lower level. The waitress decided to place my family and I in the lower level where the floor was very dirty, food all on the place. My parents asked the waitress if we could sit in the upper level where it was cleaner but she refused. So after we all finished our meal, my Dad payed in ones.
