I'm lactose intolerant. Can't eat pork, it makes me physically ill. I have PCOS, so my physician told me the best diet for me might be vegan diet. You can't really know everything about everyone can you Abe?

I didn't do veganism for moral reasons though. I just choose not to eat animal products. It was beneficial to my body. Now I do the vegetarian and lactose free.
