@JustLikeGreta Well if you really want to spank him it does not matter how tall he is.Just put him over one knee instead of both knees. But did you have a talk with him before you allowed him to move back in? If it is not working out well just give him notice he is to move out by the month and stick to it, The past is the past if he keeps on bring it up well then say to him then "Why did you move back in" I am guess you throw him out because of his actions so tell him that.
