Do you only drink alcohol in the evenings, or do you sometimes have a drink during the day?
I only ever had a drink in the evening before. But now with working unsociable hours I sometimes have a drink during the afternoon.

I rarely drink alone ... not for any "moral" reason, but to me drinking (alcohol) is a social thing. But sure, a cold beer on a hot day or a tipple of something new is something I will have at any time of day if I feel like it, alone or with friends. I don't look at my watch to determine the suitability of drinking.
