Do you hate it when people just show up at the door without being invited?

One of my best friends did this all the time which really annoyed my parents and sometimes annoyed me too. He was killed by a drunk driver a couple years ago. We all now miss his showing up

I don't hate it but I do wish they'd phoned first.

No one I know does because I may not be home. And if it’s late I may not answer my door if I’m not expecting anyone.
