Do you have any wasteful friends or family who spend all their money on fancy stuff then expect you to give them money for food?

A friend does this frequently, and despite her having kids we've all told her no and to stop spending. It's very selfish as we all budget our money and save some and each time we've loaned her money she never gives it back, yet shows up wearing new clothes etc

that sounds exactly like my oldest sister, I don't give her anything but I also don't talk to her so all the better for me. Shes the only one who is like that which I dont get because we grew up poor af... its a good thing you stopped givng money to your friend!

@SweetDreamsRubi we've all told her not to bother asking anymore. She grew up fairly poor so I think that's why she spends the way she does
