Not really. Theres always been a logical reason when I'm let down. Plus it's not healthy to stress on that sort of thing.

Yes. As they say in my native tongue. Do not put your faith in other humans because they will always, and I mean always let you down.

This will happen often in life. It is what makes trustworthy people worth hanging onto. It does sting though.

@SW-User Sure but you can train your mind through discipline. Releasing expectations is part of Buddhism which I study

Is there something where you can restrict your mind from believing people.. lol!! I feel so dumb. I think everyone is nice n true. And then get hurt to cry alone.
