Pagans, what exactly is shadow work ?

I have heard about it but I want to know what it is.

I'm not pagan but I know what it is. It's digging deep in your subconscious and healing all of the negativity and bad things that you've locked away by owning and facing em. The normal muggle people believe it's evil which it's not.

@Metatron Thank you. That makes it clearer. I have watched videos about it but I couldn't quite understand what was involved. Of course , there's nothin evil about it ( people just like to demonize things they don't know ).

@Underconstruction You're welcome. If you plan to do this. Be cautious and careful when cleaning the shadow subconscious the mind can become fragile and unpredictable. You can literally mess some stuff up getting yourself schizophrenia or something like that. Do more research get comfortable maybe find a guide to help you through it.
