LOL - it was just my then boyfriend, myself and some hallucinogens. I was afraid to go anywhere and watched the cable news network from pretty much when Australia had their midnight all the way through to when Cali had their midnight.
I hadn't met him yet, but my now husband was actually on a plane to Thailand. He said it was basically empty and the few on the plane had whole rows to themselves to lie down.
