Do you believe that people are capable of change?

@GoodbyeFelicia I think it's a bit like the old joke... They have to want to change, there has to be a motivating reason ... And that implies having an open mind to new ideas, so maybe that is the answer to your question

Having the motivation is the main reason why people change. But people tend to go back to their bad habits/thoughts after a while. Which makes me wonder if changing completely is even possible. I'm one of those persons.
