Has your life changed much in the past 5 years?

I am not even the same person I was 5 years ago.

I'm a completely differnt person. In the last five years I've become a collared submissive to my male partner, and with his agreement, also colared to a long-distance female Domme. I've then married my Dom. just before the marrage, about a year and a half before, i got cancer, and had treatment for that. I also had a brain hemoridge, and developed a rare hormonal disease. On the day of the wedding I almost went into a coma, whilst giving my wedding vows, due to the hormonal prroblem. During treatment for the cancer, I became a transvestite. I can't even quite recall who I used to be; its like looking bac at pictures from an old moovie, or half-remembered chapters from an old book; a lot of it for me, is the complete change in my mind, and how I think, due to my completely screwed up hormones; i've been through the female menopase twice, and I'm male... go figure... its a pretty fucked up kinda existance, really, but Im just trying to make the most of it, though at times I really do not seem to have much a grip on reality anymore, though a few aspects, features, or personality traits of the old me, seem to still remain, and I've regained most of the fitness I lost due to illness now, which is good, but nah, still don't 'feel like me', very confusing somethimes.

@SW-User nah; its my Drs who've been through hell, having me as their patient!... I just keep going... best I can... - since the start of this year, actually things are looking up, really; gettinf it, joining the gym, best thing I ever did, seems getting physically fit can improve mental and physical states a lotk, even despite all the shity meds I have to take and my messed up hormones... At least I can still do a lot of the stuff I enjoy, and I'm still wildly in love with my husband...
