As a Christian/ creationist would you find it easier to accept evolution if it didn’t include humans

Then you can continue to believe god made you special.

I am a Christian but I don't believe in the Adam and Eve Story as literal. SO I do believe in God and I do believe in evolution

Some Christians can spot a fairytale when they see one
KALIS · 41-45
@DocSavage It's not a fairy tale for me, either. It is a metaphorical story. It has full truth for me, except that Adam and Eve have symbolic meanings. Just like a lot of the biblical stories

@AkioTsukino happy you did. But genesis is not literal. Adam means first mankind eve first womenkind. They were tribes of first humans. Thats why adan sons had wives. Its a metaphor for first mankind

@AkioTsukino early mankind evolved . Adam was the name of this evolved species. God didnt just zap him there . Explain to me how come cain and able had wives? Simple

@AkioTsukino man was never an ape. Evolution never ever said that. Evolution says man and ape and all primates had a common ancestor. That thats why we have similar dna with all species. So you avoided the question on cain wife? So where did she come from?

@AkioTsukino So you have just agreed that there was incest in Adams Family by saying Cain married a woman who came from Adam ? Don't you see how wrong you are about everything. I have completed my argument with someone as ignorant as you. You don't know about evolution of the sciences or religious scripture. So there is no point in debating with you

@AkioTsukino The debate was about what we both believe in , not about convincing each other to believe in our own beliefs. If you want to believe in Genesis as literal, then good for you. But don't try to convince me what I already know and what I believe in. For me it's not literal, and I will always believe in evolution. Also I don't criticise you on what you believe in even though I think it's wrong. I also believe that one day you will see that its not literal and the scientific world on evolution does not exclude all Christians who see that there is a scientific purpose behind God's great plan. There are many scientists who believe in God, but not in the same sense of all literal bible bashing
