Weekends are the toughest time for me to navigate right now. At least during the week I can focus on work and spend my days in my office.

Weekends I can't really escape my reality, and I actually dread when Friday comes around. I know I post a bit much on the weekends, but it's just me trying to distract myself. I want to have a life where I don't dread the weekends anymore.

I find breaks away from work an absolute nightmare. I need structure and kmnowing whats going to happen day to day. I do best making plans for being outside. Maybe that will help?
