Holi is over and its time to wash the colors
Holi came and went!
The festival of colors, joy, positivity, communal harmony. We wait for a year and its over in 2 days. Well, lets not crib, at least it lasted 2 days in place of 1. Thanks to the multiple lunar calenders across the country. 😀
It didnt start too well, i have to admit. The apartment community chat groups started with blaming the board for not organising Holi in the building complex like precious years. I asked all to come down to the common space and start playing. Good that i did. Even the board members joined in. We had a great time with lots of colors, chatter, sweets, snacks, some impromptu singing and lots of bon homie. 🤗
The evening was a bit lonely in comparison. Was cleaning ning the bar cabinet and found lots of nearly empty bottles. These needed replacement. So bought some. Abd removed the old ones. Bad thing that i emptied 3 such near empty bottles and ended up mixing single malt and bourbon and blended scotch. 3 large pegs and i had a bad morning next day. 🙃
Still recovering from the body aches. 😪 . Tours ahead. Hectic week from monday. Hope to set right a construction project that has gone all wrong.
