Not much of anything at this point. My birthday is on Monday but I'm kind of depressed and in pain lately so I don't feel like celebrating.

@Bluedreamz Thank you! 😊 Just kinda feeling bummed out, I feel like I wasted a year going to the spinal clinic and accomplished nothing. 14 years if chronic illness and disability has been a bit much. 😅
