Anybody else get sick over the weekend?

@Cooper802Forever why oof? is that a new expression coming out? just started hearing it other places too. cool respiratory flu. you not had flu shot yet?? did you go to doctor get tested then given anti viral meds??? some people it does mess up the stomach too and you have to take anti vomit meds. a friend of mine was fired from cobham because he came down with the flu. 😺

@trackboy oh I see, I've taken flu shots, they ended up giving me a weird reaction to my arm...i think I got a rash or something i don't quite remember as it was a while ago....all I know is my arm ended hurting bad I think. And i say "oof" both because of me hearing a lot everywhere recently and it just make sense to say when something seems bad or undesirable...all I meant was if I did vomit over the course of me being sick that would be worse.

@Cooper802Forever I never had much of a problem with flu shots. just a little soreness that's all. I wondered why you was saying oof. even if you get the flu months later its lot less severe then if you have not had the shot. and far lower risk of dying from the flu if you had the shot. even young healthy people can suddenly die from the flu from the bodies trying to fight it. the cytokine flood battling the flu is what kills most victims rather then the virus itself multiplying out of control and destroying enough cells to kill you. if your stomach gets upset with it its considered serious and you need to go to the doctors for treatment and hospitalization. if the fever breaks and comes back that's serious and you can be close to dying from it. and some employers fire you for coming down with the flu. a friend of mine was fired from a really good job at cobham life support for coming down with the flu. 😺
