Why is it that every time I take my dirt bike for service, they always recommend fixing the hydraulic disc on my rear brake?

I've got a 2016 Husqvarna TC 250 and I use it frequently on weekends. I'm starting to think there's something faulty. I brought my bike back home in Sweden and I brought it to Spain with me. Do you think my Spanish mechanic is ripping me off.
