Wednesday is the middle of the week and more!

Whether you thoroughly enjoy the work you do or if you’re just treading water until you find a new job, Wednesday is for businesses everywhere the last really long productive day before the old mentality kicks in and things start to slide towards the weekend and employees freedom.

For me, Wednesday is a day I am always in the office, if I haven’t left the city for business reasons. I have a reputation for fairness as a team leader and director with my colleagues and this is important to ensure we meet our deadlines and maintain the standards we are renowned for.
