Wednesday a day of rest?
I think wednesday should be a day of sabbath. A day to rest and collect (record and process) oneself for the rest of the week. In this way wednesday and Saturday and/or sunday should be days of rest.

@exchrist some people go to church on Wednesday, and if you can take Wednesday off from work why can’t it be? I think that’s a great idea, if you can make it happen when you have a job.
