Wednesday is not called this because everyone is humping eachother, but because it's the middle of the workweek, the hump between the week starting and coming to an end.

Body language can support this. Make sure to point just below your waste (the middle of your body) while wishing your colleagues a happy hump day. You may also want to add a wink to signify you're enjoying yours.
