What sort of wedding did you have?

We were in the middle of planning our big expensive wedding when we discovered we could rent a 14 bdr mansion in the Florida Kes, for 2 weeks, for less than 10% cost of our wedding! So we dropped everything and changed to a beach wedding. Had closest family and friends stay in the house with us week one for the wedding and just us week 2 for the honeymoon! So much better!!

Smallish-medium sized ~60 people ourdoors with a harpist with a reception dinner on a couple hour riverboat cruise.

Or you plan it as you want it. My second wedding was awesome. The married part only lasted 6ish years but for the most part it was great

Minimalist. Bride & Groom, Groom’s brother, bride’s best friend, in City Hall. Our families threw a party afterwards which was the equivalent of a reception. We went into the marriage debt-free. If my mother felt cheated she never said; but my middle sister made up for it, her wedding had all the bells and whistles. Pop walked her down the aisle.
The baby sister eloped.

20 of us, family, registry, then Chinese restaurant for noodles and cake. I wore a pink, lace mini dress and black faix fur jacket. It was the week before Christmas.
