My worst memory of Valentine's Day........ (2 minutes read)

I was 16 years old and I had that boyfriend. I created a whole story to lead him to a wooden box I've burried, with Valentine's gifts for him.
First he had to follow some instructions I've written that had him walking for 5 minutes. He'd need to climb up a metal emergency ladder outside a building for about 2 floors, very dangerous but hey I was sixteen.
At the top of the ladder I have attached the instructions in a little letter that'd lead him to the next place, a small park. He should sit on a bench and call the number written on the bench. My girl friend answers and instructs him to find the "tree with hearts" and dig at its roots.
People, I've spent an hour sticking little heart stickers to most of the tree's leaves!!!!
But, destiny had another plan...
He didn't look up to see him the leaves but instead he found some pattern on the trunk of a tree that was looking like a heart.
He digged there and he got a black bag.... with a dead cat inside........
All crazy he called me to ask what's this sick game I've been playing and I rushed to go there.
I met him and showed him the tree....
But it was too late. He was socked and angry at me, mad, and that was my worst Valentine's ever.........
