I would but Boo-Boo will get jealous. I can’t even talk to another parakeet without him starting up with his cute but loud EEPing to get my attention back to him. He’s jealous of the boy when he walks in the door after school, he’s jealous when I am cooking for him, and he’s jealous when I mention feeding the wild birds and wanting to hold a baby cardinal in my hand once again.
