Do you think this is a good starter workout to grow my small butt?

10 sets of 12 pushes (reps? Idk) on a leg press. Right now I'm doing 80lbs, the only weight I can do consistently. My max is 130lbs.

5 sets of 5 barbell hip thrusts, no weight just the bar.

20 min in the stare climber.

Every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

(Off days, tuesday and thursday)

I had two breast tumors removed 2 weeks ago so I can't do anything involving my arms and nothing to excessive on my chest muscles.
