@SimplyTracie I have to disagree, Trump could have the best ideas the world has ever known and they would shoot them down, because he doesn't have a "D" after his name! With them it's not right or wrong, it's because he's not on their team!

I would be willing to bet that if God himself were to come down from Heaven and praise Trump as a righteous man, Pelosi and her minions would try to impeach him for trying to have God influence the election!

@SimplyTracie no, but the other side has to be willing to negotiate and compromise, and Pelosi and her ilk are willing to do neither! Now, don't get me wrong, the republicans aren't saints! The next time we have a Democrat for president, and we will, the whole situation will be reversed, and the republicans will be just as bad as Pelosi and Schumer are now! I have followed this since I took government class in high school, and looking back through the history books, the people in Washington have always had an "us vs. them" mentality. Then when I took political science in college, I found the whole process absolutely sickening! The politicians all spend more time on getting re-elected than they do actually doing their job! And, between insider trading and skimming campaign funds, they all end up multi-millionaires after a few terms! And then there's the lobbyists! Another source of money, perks, and corruption! It's become so ingrained I don't know what could ever be done about it!

Anyway, sorry to rant, I guess we all have to accept what we can't change.

@fanuc2013 It takes skills to bring everyone to a round table and to start a dialogue. But the leader or moderator cannot criticize members of the group. Trump cannot help himself and will criticize others.
