I don't have it yet, but i'v read hundreds of pages of my text book on it which includes the latest science. I can help you with a workout routine for a super round booty if you want, or whatever your goal is. Tho you seem to post a lot about diet and exercise, so maybe you have more credentials than I do lmfao. I do know tho the specific formula for hypertrophy, which can easily apply to the b00ty.

@BRUUH Hmm okay what's the specific formula? I know some but not a lot of any specific health advice. Just related to keto diets mostly. As for exercise, I'm kind of in a grey area. I only really know the basics.

@SatanBurger This is the equation for hypertrophy, and it works for every muscles group as far as is known, not just the b00ty. I wanna note that this is just what I read in my NASM textbook, which is based off the latest findings in the science, and can be changed or proven to have a better way in the future.

Equation: 3-6 sets, with 8-12 reps of the exercise within each set, and putting the weight on about 80% of your max, or maybe a bit less (everyone's body is diff).

@SatanBurger Are you a member of a gym? And are you familiar with Crunch? It's legit my favorite gym. It's a nation wide chain so there's probably one around you. It's the best. They have sauanna, it's cheap as shit, etc.
