Are you breastfeeding? It can make you super duper thirsty and hungry
Also, giving birth on general, your body is healing and hormone levels are all out of whack. Did you need oxygen at all during it? Or use nitrous during labor by chance? I used nitrous air mask with my first, and my lips were so chapped and my mouth and nose felt so dry for a few days after

@WaryWitchWandering No nitrous but I was on oxygen for a while after. I forgot how drying it is.

@SwampFlower I bet that is a big factor… alongside the stress on your body and mind
