I'd let experience and the dentist be my guide. Cut yourself the option to go home early if you discover that you have overreached.
My memories of wisdom teeth extractions aren't very pleasant. If I remember right, for one I went to a school production for our kids later that night while clomping on a thick gauge toll, but just being a passive member of the audience was fine, and the performance was a pleasant distraction from the discomfort. Passive distractions make the ordeal easier until you feel comfortable doing more.

I went to work in a bar in the evening after having had my wisdom teeth taken out the same morning under full anaesthetic 😱
People kept asking me why my face was a funny shape 😂🤣😂

I would say no, your choice should depend on how the other 3 did!

@purplepen She said I should feel fine by tomorrow. I told my boss if I feel pain or swollen by the morning I won’t go but if I feel fine, I’m going to work.

Personally I wouldn’t but depends how you feel.
