How about smørrebrød/smörgås with a snaps? We could of course talk about various roasts for Christmas too, not to talk about the Christmas lunch which again would be about the first mentioned, just with variations of the holiday feasts we're talking about. But the snaps is a huge part of it. And might I add, some "mjød". Skål!

@SUPERVlXEN Both! ONe is sort of this gigantic survey of home cooking across Nordic countries and the other is more about the new modern stuff that was buoyed by the big fine dining restaurants like Faviken and Noma.
