@LadyGrace Thank you kindly…..hope you are having a great day. I’ve been cooking, making a simpler version of a Thanksgiving dinner. Have a free- range chicken bought from someone I used to work with cooking in the crockpot with thyme-garlic seasoning….made deviled eggs, fruit salad with lemon-yogurt dressing, gonna make mashed potatoes, green beans with mushrooms, maple- cinnamon roast butternut squash and Brazilian tapioca-cheese rolls. The parakeets are already telling me they want something to eat. I’ve heard a “What do we get?” When I first started cooking, then a few Thank-You’s and Thanksgivings, and Boo-Boo is asking me “Will you take care of me?”. These birds get jealous or hungry when I am cooking a meal and talking about food with the boy. I have to wash some dishes before making the other foods. The countertop is getting crowded.
