@Vivaci It was a random thing last near. Laid out the sweet potatoes in the Pyrex baking dish, a touch of Cinnamon on the top.

Cook for 20 minutes, BUT 10 minutes into cookkng, you drizzle 1 stick of melted butter with 3 shots of BSB bourbon. Then cover with Marshmallows. Cook remaining 10 minutes.

I kick the broiler on at the very end to brown the marshmallows

Or else I’ll do it with bourbon and w/o mm.
