Roasted garlic mashed potatoes made with garlic hummus, twice baked sweet potatoes with cinnamon and marshmallows, roasted carrots and broccoli, rosemary sweet potato rolls, sausage and apple stuffing, and (because turkey is overrated) hand breaded cajun chicken tenders with garlic buffalo sauce

@Ladykatvontrixiebelle that sounds amazing especially the sausage Apple stuffing what time's dinner? 😂😂 seriously I agree about the turkey. I'm planning on staying home and making lasagna I can hardly wait 😂😂 I haven't made lasagna in over 3 years. With Melinda (daughter) gone I'm not sure I could get through making a turkey this year. It would just bring that too many Bittersweet Memories.
