Sunday Mass was lovely at the Chiesa

We have been walking the beauty of the words in to our hearts and back at the hotel now we are changing into our swimwear. Chiara and I chose to go to church ‘sans culottes’, no lingerie on beneath our dresses. She had asked me if it was ok and I told her yes, and she must sit respectfully in the church.

It was risky for both of us. I am three days late to get my period and hers is due on Friday. With the trauma of loss that we are both dealing with we have noticed an affect on our cycles. Neither of us have the tell tale signs of cramps and the hollow feeling you can feel when you reach the point of detachment. We are feeling very kind of mid cycle!

Lunch at the hotel, I don’t know what they offer for Sunday lunch so we are in for another kind of adventure!
