Feeling Italian

I'm going to roast half and keep half raw and freeze. Its a nice relaxing way to spend a Sunday chopping tomatoes!

What do you mean freeze? As they are? What will you do when you thaw them?

@fun4us2b I'll cut them up and roast them and then freeze in bags. I'll take out bags as I need them and make sauce.
