I'm sitting in the garden, it's sunny right now with a few clouds in the sky, but not enough (at the moment) to threaten rain. My husband is tending to our plants as we both enjoy the aroma of a roast chicken wafting from the oven.
I have always cooked a roast on Sunday as long as I can remember. It's a weekend treat to us. Roast chicken, roast potatoes, sage and onion stuffing, carrots and green beans with lashings of gravy. Niiice.
Beautiful - just a bit more browning needed. The veg in the pan help make a delicious gravy.
