Sunday’s scaries or Sunday’s happies ?
My partner and I have come up with an idea.
Every Sunday, we plan a date where it’s basically a venting session where we discuss various topics that weight on our mind. It can be around relationship, work, family, just anything.
The purpose is to release our fears and emotions, allowing us to express ourselves freely and get rid of any burdens they may cause.
By doing so, we make sure that each person feels genuinely heard, providing the much-needed support for both of us. The goal is to begin the following week on a positive and constructive note.
My partner thought we should call this new tradition Sunday’s scaries but her cousin said Sunday’s happies is a more appropriate name because it is more positive.
