@southerngent I'm asking because I'm Jewish and in our "Praise" prayer (called Hallel in Hebrew) we have an expression "Hosha-Na" which translates as "save us"

@BridgeOvertroubledWaters It’s true. So many times I see connections within the languages of prayer. Passover is Wednesday isn’t it? I think it falls right before Good Friday this year. ❤️👋

@BridgeOvertroubledWaters I’ve seen that meaning as well. I’d imagine it has several meanings, or at least levels of meanings. But I have seen specifically “save us” when I looked it up.
