Should I Text him?

We have not really spokken at all this week except yesterday when I text him to say good morning and even then it did not seem like he really wanted to text. He did not text me today and last week it was fine on sunday when he went out of town and how he said he wanted to hangout when he gets back in town and than today I saw him online.
