what's everybody up to on this fine saturday?....

i'll be going to the whitecaps vs timbers soccer game later. @NativePortlander1970 i know you don't follow mls but i hope we kick the 💩out of the timbers....there should be a few timbers fans that made the trip up. it's always a good time and quite often we party with them....same when seattle makes the trip up..but i know when seattle and portland play they hate each other 🤣

@beermeplease When I was a kid in Portland, we'd watch the actor, Kurt Russell, and his team mates with the Portland Mavericks minor league baseball play every chance we got, dogs were like 20 cents and soft drinks were about the same on thursdays.

@beermeplease Those were fun days :) When I was in little league in Oregon I couldn't hit the ball worth shit, nobody figured out I needed glasses, when I was in little league in iowa I had glasses and could belt homers all day long, being a runt my strike zone was very small, and being husky I learned to use my weight to my advantage and to bat straight out, not up.
