I hereby designate Saturdays to be movie days!!!

Even when the sun is violently crashing through the curtains.

I loved and love my mom, she was the person i was closest to, but she would have ultimate control over how the tv was used. When it's just me and dad my tv power comes to the fore. There are times when i will lean to his will though, for example tomorrow is a big day for Canadian football.

This way all the dad-approved types of movies will be played reasonably within both of our lifespans.

My hope is that he'll become such a film fanatic, that he'd don the moniker cinephile, and be apt to enjoy on a aesthetic level, films with adult content ... and who knows there might be no way away from him even after life, i'd have corrupted him through and through and we'll be shovelling crap in hell for eternity.
